Restaurante El Trebol - Authentic Salvadoran Cuisine in Los Angeles, CA

Best Salvadoran cuisine I've had in LA so far. The platanos con frijoles y crema were so, so good; everywhere else I've been they're too sour, but here they were soft and sweet like they should be. The pupusas were delicious and came with generous amounts of tangy, crunchy curtido and a whole dispenser of salsa. Not to mention this entire filling meal was less than 14$! Staff were friendly and service was fast. I will be coming back often.

Took about 10 minutes to get our takeout. Pupusas definitely hit the spot and chicken tamale was very tender.

The restaurant is family friendly, and the service is always spot-on. I love their horchatas and hot chocolate. Their food is always tasty!

Salsabor Restaurant is a true hidden gem! The food is bursting with authentic Latin flavor — everything tastes homemade and fresh. I tried the carne guisada and empanadas, and they were absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Perfect spot for a flavorful meal that feels like home!

Highly recommend this restaurant. I spent $21 for 6 pupusas, 2 can sodas, 1 medium coffee and 1 cookie, what a great deal! I ordered ahead for takeout. The girl at the cash register/waitress was so polite and her customer service skills were superb! It is very rare to find such wonderful customer service like the young lady at this restaurant. Around 8:30 am the restaurant was almost full, only 1 table was empty. The food portions are reasonable and the food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back.
